THE HRMS IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced admin with a passion for the big “C” church. The candidate is a self-starter, able to see what needs to be done and do it, as well as commands exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Although these positions are only 20-25 hours a week, we want a candidate who sees it not as a side hustle, part-time gig, or secondary job, but as a primary passion with a hope to grow as our organization grows.
WHO WE ARE:
HR Ministry Solutions is a faith-based non-profit organization that serves churches and ministry organizations by helping them with their HR needs. This 501c3 organization was launched with the mission of helping ministries be as passionate about protecting and providing for their staff as they are for the people they are reaching. Though relatively young, HRMS continues to grow rapidly, reaching organizations nationwide with services and resources.
