Our Story
We are a faith-based 501(c)(3) offering services ranging from HR compliance audits and custom staff handbooks to educational courses and more, helping to simplify HR for churches and ministry organizations. Our prayer is that every church and ministry understands the value of human resources in ministry—applying it graciously, one decision, one disciple, and one team at a time.
Our organization was founded in 2016 by Tiffany Henning. Based in San Diego, California, we continue to serve churches and ministries of all sizes and denominations across the country. Our remote, nationwide team, through the direction of our board, allows us to bring our collective ministry HR experience to our clients and audiences. We are honored to advise a variety of faith-based organizations, networks of churches, denominations, and conferences about the complexities of HR compliance and best practices.
Our Team
Our dedicated team of HR experts draws from collective decades of first-hand ministry experience. While our organization calls San Diego home, it has remote employees across the country, who understand regional differences and further customize client experience.

With over 15 years of HR experience in both ministry and corporate settings, Gina is passionate about serving ministries by creating processes and procedures to help them stay organized and compliant. She is the driving force behind the Operations Team at HRMS.

With more than 25 years as a pastor and an executive in the corporate ranks working with Fortune 500 companies. Justin is passionate about helping ministries solve challenges while coaching people toward their heart and purpose by leading the Strategy Team at HRMS.
